Greeting from the Head Teacher

Denton Primary is a small rural primary school in an attractive Northamptonshire village with around 137 pupils aged between 3 and 11. We are only 6 miles from Northampton but are able to take full advantage of our lovely country environment to enrich our outstanding curriculum.

We challenge our children to achieve their full potential as well as providing a caring and nurturing family atmosphere. It is very important to us to promote this ethos and actively encourage our older pupils to support younger members of the school through our buddy system and play leader programme.

Within our Early Years class, we offer Nursery provision places to children from the term after their third birthday. We are also able to offer both before and after school care from 8.00am until 5.30pm for our pupils, and a wide variety of extra curricular activities, including exciting off-site visits and two residential trips in Key Stage 2.

I hope you enjoy browsing our website to find out more about our school and what we do and if you would like to visit our school I would be delighted to show you around. Please get in touch via our Contact Us page.

With best wishes

Louise Brown
